 This has been such an incredible journey with so many wins along the way! I’ve tried lots of fad programs over the last decade and at the end of each one, I go right back to my pre-program ways.  The level of education and learning I’ve had these last 2 weeks is crazy. All the lifestyle changes Lauren guides you through have allowed me to make my life WAY more balanced. I never feel starved anymore. I am learning soooo many healthy recipes and I no longer have to THINK about what I have to eat during my busy week anymore. I can just meal prep good and nutritious food that I KNOW will meet my nutritional goals.

I am sad this is coming to an end. I have learned alot from FFM and have definitely gained much more self love and body love/acceptance through this little journey! I think throughout I wanted to keep an open mind to it all and I believe I did that. All of my goals were based around relieving stress, better sleep, consistency, improved healthy habits, and a better relationship with food. I did not want to go into this with weight loss goals. I have learned that taking the focus off of how my boy looks, and channelling into how it feels and noticing how my energy and mental clarity changes, other things in my life begin to fall into place. I am nicer to myself, and have learned so many better ways of coping with stress. So thank you. The online course has also been so informative and enlightening. All such useful information that I am so grateful for. I learned more about structuring food around workouts as well as what type of training is ideal for me and combining that knowledge with the food intake knowledge you have given me as well. It’s Monday morning; you’re ready to conquer the day and commit to a new diet, a new gym routine, a new you!?  You’re feeling inspired and determined. You start the morning off strong with black coffee and a light breakfast, if any. 

Around 10AM you’re getting a little hungry so you have a small snack, like yogurt or a bar followed by a second cup of coffee. You’re doing “so great” that you decide to keep this “healthy” streak alive by having a small salad or wrap for lunch.

 For the past 8 weeks I’ve been working with Lauren  via her Fit & Fueled Method. After 8 weeks I am no longer stressed out, intimidated nor confused by food. I am by no means a foodie, I essentially eat to survive, but thanks to *society* I became so stressed and confused on what to eat I was hardly eating anything.  Hi, I’m Lauren!

🏃🏻‍♀️As a lifelong athlete, I have had an intimate and ever evolving relationship with health and fitness. In fact, I used to be a competitive bodybuilder, and in 2017, I was ranked 12th in the world. I even competed at the prestigious Olympia, twice. While I had some amazing accomplishments, I absolutely wrecked my body and it was about to let me know just how bad the damage was.

November 2017 was my last show and by February 2018 my body decided it had had enough, and was telling me in every way possible. In just a few months I had gained 27 pounds, was covered head to toe in cellulite, did not fit into any of my clothes and I had to quit exercising. Turns out those series of unfortunate events ended up being the best thing that could’ve happened to me. 

The old broken paradigm of crash diets, hours of cardio and slashing calories isn’t working, and never will, for most of us. Because when a woman’s body has been through long periods of deprivation with crash diets, then periods of overeating, her body has never experienced the consistency it needs.

⚡️I empower women on how to make informed decisions around food so that they can look and feel their best.
