I was a Pro Bodybuilder.

I’m a Pacific Northwest Native who, for roughly 10 months out of the year, can be found living somewhere in Latin America (though I do enjoy a jaunt to Europe when I can) and fine tuning my Spanish skills (in turn making my German tongue a little rusty…ach). 

I used to be a pro bodybuilder. Like, I went the IFBB Bikini Olympia…twice. I don’t say that to toot my own horn (although it required an immense amount of discipline and determination in every aspect of my life). But because that means I’ve really seen it all when it comes to the health and fitness industry.  

I would weigh my bread and tear the crust off if it was overweight. And! I’d film the whole thing to show the world! Insane, I know.

In 2014,

I started bodybuilding in 2014 and I really just kind of fell into it. I’ve always been someone who is a little…intense. I played sports in high school and my balls-t0-the-wall mentality came in hot then, too. 

I eventually went pro, and placed 12th…in the world! I was really kicking ass, and I truly loved every minute of it…until I didn’t. 

Being a 2x Olympian is a major accomplishment that I am still proud of, but soon after that second win my body started completely revolting and pretty much shutting down. 

In just a few months I had gained 40 pounds, was covered head to toe in cellulite, did not fit into any of my clothes and I had to quit exercising because it was making everything worse.

I saw doctors, naturopaths, acupuncturists and even an endocrinologist. It felt like everyone was guessing, and no one could actually give me any real insight as to why my body was rebelling like this. I realized if this was going to get fixed, I was going to have to find my own answers.  

I’ve done it all, meal plans, macros, intuitive eating, extreme exercise…to no exercise. That’s how I developed The Fit and Fueled Method-a simple, fool proof method that will help you achieve your dream body without the extremes or fad diets. You learn from my wins, and my mistakes with this method.

With the Fit and Fueled Method, I empower women to make informed decisions around food so that they can look and feel their best. 

I teach you how to trust your body to guide your food choices and equip you with all the tools you need to take charge of your own nutrition, movement and lifestyle so that you can handle whatever life throws your way. My goal, and greatest success, is when you no longer need me (but please keep in touch!).

My holistic approach + bodybuilding background has made me a one-of-a-kind coach and industry leader, who intimately understands what you’re going through and what your body needs. I want my clients to become the best versions of themselves, in a body that they love.
