I am incredibly proud of how far I've come!
As I reflect back on this year I am incredibly proud of how far I've come, within fitness and my mind/body. I am not the same person as I was in that left photo. That person didn't give two shits about herself and she was constantly giving up on herself. She didn't give herself the love and self-respect she deserved. I'm proud because I finally took that first step into becoming a better person. I love every inch of my body and mind, the good and the bad! I couldn't of done it alone though. I have learned alot from FFM and have definitely gained much more self love and

I was unsure of what macros were or how flexible dieting worked.
When I first started working with Lauren, I was unsure of what macros were or how flexible dieting worked. All I knew was that I had just come off of a 30 day challenge and I wanted to continue healthy eating but I had to find something else other than a low carb, high protein diet.
Lauren was so helpful to me and answered all my questions. I had her create a meal plan for me the first month so I could learn how to track macros, as well as different food choices that I could fit into my plan. Within the first month I learned quickly how flexible dieting was an amazing way of eating and staying on track. I have been working with Lauren for quite some time now. During this time, we have reverse dieted to the point that I was eating more than 250 carbs a day! I was eating more than my boyfriend was! And yet I was still maintaining my weight! I even competed at the prestigious Olympia, twice. While I had some amazing accomplishments, I absolutely wrecked my body and it was about to let me know just how bad the damage was.

In just a few months I had gained 40 pounds, was covered head to toe in cellulite, did not fit into any of my clothes and I had to full-on quit exercising. You’ll then fill out a detailed questionnaire that will allow us to create a 100%, fully custom macro and/or meal plan, just for you, that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. Additionally, you will have bi-weekly check-ins, with your coach, to talk about your big wins and if you need help with anything.

CHECK YOUR E-MAIL
You’ll receive an email (check your junk!) so you can create a login and then login to the course! This is where the magic happens, and you are more than welcome to get started with the modules right away.

RECEIVE YOUR COACH
You will be assigned a coach and receive your 100% custom macro plan from said coach, and then we are off to the races!

CHECK IN BIWEEKLY
You will check in with your coach bi-weekly, to share wins, struggles and ask any questions to get clarity.

WHAT WOULD BE DIFFERENT ABOUT WORKING WITH YOU?
As someone who feels they have tried it all, except for something that actually works, what would be different working with you or what sets this apart from other coaches and programs?
Many coaches will give you fluff. With the Fit and Fueled Method, we get back to the basics of nutrition and lifestyle, and hammer those HOME. A lot of people neglect that easy, low hanging fruit, which is why they often don’t get the results they want. Because they aren’t setting a good foundation. It’s easy to get hyper focused on the workouts, but that is such a small piece of the work that really benefits you. Proper intake and ratios of protein, carb, fiber and fat is the real strategy.
Additionally, most people are not prioritizing their diet. We see a lot of people on 1500-1700 calories for months on end. That’s not enough to lose fat nor do a body recomp.
You have to have a nutrition strategy and the big picture of diet periodization. 9/10 women we work with aren’t eating enough. The first thing we have to do is get their intake up so they have an intake to eventually cut from. In the meantime, we do a body recomp so they lose some fat and gain more lean tissue, for a more “toned” look.
IS THERE AN OPTION TO CONTINUE FFM AFTER 8 WEEKS OR IS THE GOAL TO UTILIZE/CONTINUE INDEPENDENTLY?
Yes! You can do another round of FMM, switch to 1:1 coaching, or continue independently. It all depends on your goals and preferences!
WHAT IS THE METHOD OF COMMUNICATION BETWEEN CHECK-INS? FREQUENCY?
This is reserved for 1:1 clients. There is a Facebook group for all current and previous FFM clients where you can ask questions for Lauren, Coach Madison and other veteran members to answer!
FOR WORKOUTS, ARE FORM CHECKS AVAILABLE?
No, because we really just focus on nutrition and workout guidance. Honestly. if the nutrition isn’t on point, the workouts won’t be very effective, regardless. We suggest working with someone in person, if it doesn’t feel comfortable.
Most nutrition people don’t do workout programming and most trainers don’t do nutrition (or at least, don’t do it well, in our opinion).
Oftentimes it is simply practice and getting your reps in. You need to feel it in your body. Someone is going to be able to cue you better in person and physically move you. You won’t be a master the first time you start! Don’t be afraid to ask fellow gym goers as well. People are more than happy to help. (You can also use the group!)
WHAT MAKES WORKING WITH THE FIT AND FUELED METHOD DIFFERENT FROM OTHER COACHES AND PROGRAMS?
At Fit and Fueled Method, I prioritize the basics of nutrition and lifestyle, focusing on what truly matters. Many programs offer fluff, but I concentrate on setting a solid foundation for success. I emphasize the proper intake and ratios of protein, carbs, fiber, and fats as the real strategy for achieving your goals. A proper macronutrient ratio in conjunction with diet periodization is the missing piece to the results you’ve been looking for. This is the exact strategy I use to help my clients not only beat bloat and balance hormones, but start their weight loss journey.
CAN I CONTINUE WITH FFM AFTER THE 8-WEEK PROGRAM ENDS, OR CAN I CONTINUE INDEPENDENTLY?
Absolutely! After the 8-week program, you have various options. You can choose to do a cohort of FFM (subject to availability) or switch to 1:1 coaching. You can also continue independently, depending on your goals and preferences.
HOW DO CHECK-INS AND COMMUNICATION WORK BETWEEN SESSIONS?
For 1:1 clients, I provide personalized check-ins and weekly communication. For Fit & Fueled Method, you must be in a custom cohort to receive personal and custom check-ins.
Don’t worry, you’ll still get amazing results with The Fit & Fueled Method in just eight weeks, but my most impressive transformations come from 1:1 clients that have committed to weekly check-ins and programming from me.
I CAN’T WORKOUT RIGHT NOW. SHOULD I STILL JOIN?
Absolutely! Your nutrition is over 80% of your results. To be completely frank, I only added workouts to this program because I had so many requests for workouts. The nutrition alone is enough to get you life changing results!
