I teach you how to trust your body to guide your food choices and equip you with all the tools you need to take charge of your own nutrition, movement and lifestyle so that you can handle whatever life throws your way. My goal, and greatest success, is when you no longer need me.

SUBMIT YOUR PAYMENT
Submit your payment for Fit and Fueled Method. You’ll then fill out a detailed questionnaire that will allow us to create a 100%, fully custom macro and/or meal plan, just for you, that aligns with your lifestyle and goals. Additionally, you will have bi-weekly check-ins, with your coach, to talk about your big wins and if you need help with anything.

CHECK YOUR E-MAIL
You’ll receive an email (check your junk!) so you can create a login and then login to the course! This is where the magic happens, and you are more than welcome to get started with the modules right away.

RECEIVE YOUR COACH
You will be assigned a coach and receive your 100% custom macro plan from said coach, and then we are off to the races!

CHECK IN BIWEEKLY
You will check in with your coach bi-weekly, to share wins, struggles and ask any questions to get clarity.
